Order
You can place an order by selecting the products you want in the shopping cart and paying for them in the online store. If you want more information about the products, you can contact Huilupiste by calling or sending an email. We will contact the customer if there are any exceptions to availability after the order.
Delivery methods
We currently deliver products to Finland. If you want to order products outside of Finland, please contact us. If you wish, you can pick up the order at our store in Katajanoka. In that case, we do not charge shipping costs. We will keep the reservation in the store for two weeks. We send small packages by letter (value max. 50.00€) and larger packages via Matkahuolto. A tracking number is not available for letter deliveries.
Delivery time
Products ordered from the online store are available in our warehouse unless otherwise stated in the product description. We aim to ship orders the next business day. The order processing time is 0-3 business days and the delivery time is 2-7 business days. We will contact the person who placed the order if the order processing time is extended or there are problems with the delivery.
Delivery costs
For orders under €1000.00, the delivery costs are €7.90. Orders of €1000.00 or more are delivered free of charge.
Payment methods
You can pay for your order with most common bank or credit cards, by invoice or via online banking when ordering. If you order the products to be picked up at our office, you can pay for your order at our office with a bank or credit card, by invoice or in cash.
Payment service provider
Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) acts as the payment intermediary service provider and payment service provider in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment on the bank statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license. In case of complaints, please contact the product supplier first.

Returns
Products ordered from the online store have a 14-day right of return, which takes effect from the date of delivery. The buyer must notify the cancellation within 14 days of receiving the goods.
The products must be returned in the same packaging in which they arrived to the customer. Contact information must be sent with the return. We will refund the money to the customer as soon as the return has arrived or we have received a return receipt for the shipment. The refund will be made within 14 days of the product being returned or the return receipt being received. We will refund payments using the same payment method used for the purchase. Credit card payments will be credited to the credit card.
Opened and used products are not eligible for a refund unless the product is defective (except for musical instruments according to separate instructions). The product must not show any signs of use and must be returned in its original packaging. Please contact us if you notice that the product you ordered is incorrect. Please note that if you want to test the instrument, the testing and return instructions that come with the instrument must be followed. If you want to test multiple instruments before placing an order, please contact us.
If the instrument that has been tested is returned, matches its description and is not defective, we will charge shipping and return costs. Please note that in this case we will also charge shipping costs, even if the shipping costs are 0.00€ in the order. Please contact the seller if you want to return tested instruments.
The buyer pays the return costs themselves. We comply with the Consumer Protection Act when making returns.
Warranty
Product warranties vary from at least 3 months to lifetime, depending on the manufacturer of the product. The warranty applies to material and manufacturing defects in the product. The warranty does not cover wear and tear resulting from normal use or misuse of the product. Please contact us if your product is defective.

The seller retains title to the product until the full purchase price has been paid.
