Delivery methods
We currently deliver products to Finland. If you would like to order products outside of Finland, please contact us. If you wish, you can pick up your order at our Katajanoka office. In that case, we do not charge shipping costs. We store the reservation in the store for two weeks. We send small packages by letter (value max. 50.00€) and larger packages via Matkahuolto. A tracking number is not available for letter deliveries.
Delivery time
Products ordered from the online store can be found in our warehouse unless otherwise stated in the product description. We aim to ship orders the next business day. The order processing time is 0-3 business days and the delivery time is 2-7 business days. We will contact the person who placed the order if the order processing time is extended or there are problems with the delivery.

For orders under €1000.00, the delivery costs are €7.90. Orders of €1000.00 or more are delivered free of charge.
