Products ordered from the online store have a 14-day right of return, which takes effect from the date of delivery. The buyer must notify the cancellation within 14 days of receiving the goods.
The products must be returned in the same packaging in which they arrived to the customer. Contact information must be sent with the return. We will refund the money to the customer as soon as the return has arrived to us or we have received a return receipt for the shipment. The refund will be made within 14 days of the product being returned or the return receipt being received. We will refund the payments using the same payment method used for the purchase. Credit card payments will be credited to the credit card.
An opened and used product does not have a right of return if the product is not defective (excluding musical instruments according to separate instructions). The product must not show signs of use and must be returned in its original packaging. Please contact us if you notice that the product you ordered is incorrect. Please note that if you want to test the instrument, the testing and return instructions that come with the instrument must be followed. If you would like to test multiple instruments before placing an order, please contact us.
If the instrument that has been tested is returned, matches its description and is not defective, we will charge shipping and return costs.
