WARRANTY TERMS
All new instruments sold in our online store or in our store have a manufacturer's warranty. The length and content of the warranty vary by manufacturer. The most up-to-date warranty terms for each manufacturer can be found on the manufacturer's website, and the warranty terms in effect at the time of sale always apply to the instrument. The warranty terms are delivered with the instrument. The warranty for all new instruments excludes defects due to normal wear and tear and defects resulting from incorrect or careless handling of the instrument. Accessories that come with the instrument, such as a case, usually have a shorter warranty than the instrument.
For used instruments, we provide Huilupiste's own warranty. The length and terms of the warranty for a used instrument vary depending on the age and maintenance history of the instrument. The warranty terms are delivered with the instrument. The warranty for used instruments excludes defects due to normal wear and tear and defects resulting from incorrect or careless handling of the instrument. The warranty provided for used instruments applies only to the instrument. We do not provide a warranty for used accessories, such as cases, that come with used instruments. We do not sell used instruments with clearly defective used cases or other accessories, but we cannot provide an actual warranty for them.

Minor services (adjustments, minor repairs and basic services) have a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. The warranty does not apply to defects caused by incorrect or careless handling. The satisfaction guarantee does not apply to situations where the customer is aware that the instrument would clearly need more extensive maintenance than the service performed, nor to situations where we have determined that the quality of the instrument is poor when receiving the work or in the service report. Full repairs and cushioning come with a 6-month warranty. The warranty does not cover defects caused by incorrect or careless use or accidents.
