Shipping and packaging instructions
PACKING
1) First, check by gently shaking the instrument that it is tightly in its case. If the instrument is moving around inside its case a lot, pad the case with, for example, a clean microfiber cloth or pieces of foam of suitable sizes.
2) Wrap the instrument case in bubble wrap before placing it in the shipping box. Another option is to fill the shipping box with pieces of foam plastic or, for example, scrunched up paper balls made from newspaper.
3) Put a piece of paper inside the shipping box with all your contact information, i.e. name, address, phone number and email. As well as any other notes regarding service, returning the instrument, etc.
4) Close and seal the shipping box carefully.
SHIPPING
Send your instrument using Matkahuolto services. Purchase the shipment at www.matkahuolto.fi. The information for the flute point can be found below. Do not select a parcel machine as the delivery point. Please select “Delivery to your door between 8 am and 4 pm” from the options so that the packages are delivered directly to our door.
Alternatively, you can contact us and request an address card or an activation code for the shipment. We will prepare an address card/activation code for you and send it by email. For this, we need all your contact information (name, phone number, email address, street address). Print the address card and attach it to the shipping box or write the activation code. Take the shipment to a Matkahuolto service point. We will invoice a shipping fee of €18.00 (incl. VAT)/direction.
